Next Meeting: August 1, 12-1 p.m.

Join us for the next Front Line Professional meeting, Thursday, August 1, from 12-1 in the Shenandoah Room of the Mountainlair.  FLP meetings take place in person, so we can enjoy visiting with old colleagues and meeting new faculty/staff from across campus units. We encourage those who may be hybrid/remote to also join - remember you can get parking permits for these daily visits.  Speakers/Topics for each meeting will follow:

Corey Farris - Dean of Students - Welcome Week and Move In

As we head into August, Dean Farris will give an overview of all things Welcome Week and Move in for Fall 2024.  From Monday Night Lights to new and exciting opportunities for our students, come find out what to expect and how you can volunteer to get in on the action! 

WVU Hub Staff- Fall billing, aid and FAFSA updates

After a challenging year in the world of federal financial aid, the day of this meeting will mark the fall billing due date! Come hear updates on where we stand to-date, get info on adjustments made, including the addition of the First Day Complete program through the WVU Bookstore, and the how we navigated this challenging year.  We will also take a look ahead at the upcoming Registered Not Paid Process and what we are anticipating for the 2025-26 FAFSA rollout.
